I’ve tried many different apps before for hypnosis, affirmations and meditation, none of them really work for me and can be quite complicated… However I am so glad I found this app because it is easy to navigate and helps me on all aspects in life. I love the guided meditation, it helps me so much when I’m feeling overwhelmed in life. I normally don’t write reviews, but have recommended this app to several friends and they all truly love it. This is the best app! Right now I am focused on the hypnosis portion of the app, there are so many choices! The other day I had an extremely busy day with 25 minutes to regroup before the next set of activities continued. Rather than just resting and trying for a power nap, I chose the 23 minute “Raise your Energy Boost Energy Hypnosis.” After doing so, I was completely refreshed and ready to carry on with the rest of the day. It was amazing! Best of all my mood had greatly improved. You’ve got to try this one!
