I have been looking for an alarm that allows for variety and volume control and I thought I found it with this app... BUT after two days of working just fine, it stopped, despite no changes to the settings. Instead it sends an alert ask if I forgot to enable the alarm then sits silently while I oversleep. Unfortunately it’s impossible to tell what “enable” means. The alarm is on and set to repeat daily, the app is running, and all permissions are allowed on my phone. I turned off repeat and tested it again as a one-time alarm and when it went off it said it couldn’t load the station and was going to play the background song... BUT then the station started playing and when i went to turn it off or snooze it wouldn’t register my taps so i had to press pause on the main iphone sound screen and the alarm didn’t go off again after that. An alarm just really can’t be so unreliable, guys!

I’ve seen this type of review quite a number of times. This app works well for about a week then ultimately became unreliable, never able to connect to play the radio and instead plays preset music. I have great wifi and zero connectivity issues to the internet so I’m unsure of why this cannot “connect”. If you have this app definitely set a regular alarm as a backup because the preset music is sometimes too soft no matter how loud I set the volume. An app that has been around for several years and people continuously have the same problems means no one is really monitoring or updating this app from a developer standpoint. Such a shame because I did enjoy the app when it worked!

Working with IOS 12, even with “Do not disturb” on and screen asleep. My favorite station is currently not streaming through this app, but at least I found a station that I can slowly wake up to. Seems reliable in its radio/stream functionality.
