It seems there’s an ongoing issue with this app where it automatically books a ride even when I haven’t requested one. I frequently check ride options, but if the wait time is too long, I exit the app WITHOUT confirming the booking. However, on several occasions, the app has gone ahead and booked the ride anyway—and even marked me as a no-show a few times.
After I cancelled my ride, I was told over the phone it was still booked after the app was still processing my request! Shortly afterwards it was requested I wait an hour after I was still trying to schedule and my request kept getting denied what a ripoff.
