I enjoyed organizing my makeup and beauty items on the app, but I echo the sentiments of other reviewers hav voiced: (1) the barcode scanner does not work; and (2) while you can add custom brands, there is no way to delete them, for example, if you made a typo or added a duplicate by using slightly different spelling (e.g. Lancôme v. Lancome). A feature I think could make this app even better could be to include an “archive” category for items that have been used up, may not be a favorite, but could be useful to remember, like foundation shades.
I had been looking for a way to create an inventory type of list for my makeup and this one is the best one I could find. Love that it lets you add categories and shows you the picture of the item. However one thing I wish it had was an option to put how many of one item you have. I often stock up on eyebrow pencils when they’re on sale and have a lot of repeat items I’ve gotten from subscriptions so that would be a neat feature.
This app has been great in helping me keep track of when I should change out my mascara and eyeliner but it's not just limited to those items. If you're anything like me and have more makeup than you can keep track of, this is the app for you. I'm really keen on tracking and organization so it's been really helpful to see my collection inventoried. I'd love a barcode scanning feature or something of the like to add in product info and some pictures in app to help people recognize batch codes.
