The so-called WhatsApp customer service is just for show. In fact, they can't answer any questions. The flight was delayed for a long time, and there was no compensation or any explanation at all! If you want to travel in Malaysia, you must avoid this company! This is the worst company, without a doubt!

I am not sure if this is a real app or a scam? I am trying to add on to my bookings online and the message I keep receiving is payment was failed please try again and there is no other way to pay for add ons. I am seeing the same message online as well. This airline needs to do way better even the contact information is wrong
