Doesn't Turn on off my battery

Please if somebody can help me out I cannot turn off or on my battery I was working five for a couple weeks now it just doesn't work I cannot turn off on I reinstalled the app couple times download it again and still the same issue show me the screen only for how much is charged but I won't turn on

Acceptable but limited function.

For a free and basic BMS reporting application this is an acceptable application. Everything works and it provides basic statistics and is easy to understand and use. Documentation is basically nonexistent but given how simple the provided information is that is okay. Battery doesnโ€™t always auto connect which is frustrating and I would like to see specific documentation as to setup and maintenance of batteries with compatible BMS functionality.

Starts on the wrong page.

Battery disconnects and doesnโ€™t reconnect automatically. I like that, it keeps the power from being wasted on a BT connection. But why does the app open on the data page when you have to go to the connection page every time? Start on the connection page, then have it go to the data page.
