Bank of the Mountains Mobile

This app makes me want to look for a new bank. Every single month it goes down and won’t let me in to see my accounts but then when they get it back working it locks me out. No matter what I try I always have to call them and reset my password to log back in. I have tried many times to deposit a check and it will accept it then always rejects it. They tell me you have to put all these accounts on the check and I do just what they say and still rejected. I have used other bank apps that work so Much better and do so much more. Looking for a better bank in the area.

If you try and deposit checks online it doesn’t let you upload photos and when you take a phot it crashes the app. I’m on a new iPhone 15 with little apps or photos so it’s not a phone issue and I’m using good wifi. Maybe they can fix this bug and change the check upload but untill then mobile deposit is impossible
