Bank Iowa Mobile Banking

We appreciate the ladies at our small branch in Essex, Iowa! Whenever I have questions, or need something done I know I can call them and they are happy to help us! I see these ladies almost everyday and they always have a smile on their face and willing to be at your service no matter what!! Recently, became part of Bank Iowa as a customer. Utilizing their mobile deposit software, which is very good, I deposited a money order to the bank. In a few days, I received notification the mobile deposit had been refused. Their policy is not to accept money orders through mobile deposit. When I took the money order to the bank to be deposited, even the teller did not know that the policy was not to accept money order through mobile deposit. very strange policy, considering the other three banks, I do business with accept money orders with no question.

Great app since the bugs got worked out. I’d love for your tech developers to add a “last month” option when you want to do a specific search instead of having to put the month and beginning and ending dates in. Leave that for a more specific search, but add the last month option.
