Good and easy-to-use app, especially since many mall car parks are linked to AXS Drive. However, there is an issue with parking coupons. Even if you scan a parking coupon, you may still be charged to your credit card. If you don’t check your credit card statement or pay attention to the gantry display, you may not realise that you have been charged. Also, if you forget to scan your parking coupon and customer service does not check or inform you, it is ultimately your responsibility to do your due diligence. Unfortunately, even after explaining your situation to customer service, they may not be able to assist further or provide a refund.

Tried out AXS Drive recently and I must say—it’s a refreshing idea and probably the first time we’ve seen a local company attempt something this bold in the parking space. The concept of cardless parking, where you link your vehicle and card and just drive in and out without worrying about IU or CashCard errors, is genuinely useful—especially for those who are always on the go. What I appreciate is that it uses existing car park systems, so no fancy gadgets or physical changes needed. The integration with EV charging and government motoring services is also a smart move—feels like the app wants to be the all-in-one tool for drivers in Singapore. That said, it's not perfect. Right now, it only supports Mastercard, which might be a dealbreaker for those who rely on other cards. There are also small UX kinks here and there, but nothing majorly disruptive. The temporary card hold during entry may catch some users off guard too, especially if they aren't aware. Still, I believe it has real potential. With wider card support and more participating car parks, AXS Drive could change the way we deal with parking—and that’s a welcome change. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves.

We had a very disappointing experience using the AXS Drive app recently. If you’re using a complimentary car park ticket, be warned — you need to act extremely fast if you input the ticket manually. The system automatically charges your linked credit card if it doesn’t detect your manual ticket input quickly enough. This completely defeats the purpose of using a complimentary ticket and results in hefty, unnecessary parking charges. Alternatively, input the barcode in the app prior before leaving. What’s worse, the app’s help page provides no customer service contact number, making it almost impossible to get timely support or request a refund. This lack of accountability and poor user experience is unacceptable for a platform handling payment transactions. Until these issues are fixed, I would advise others to be very cautious or consider alternative payment methods.
