I am enjoying the conference, but I do not know who made the decision to not serve coffee and water through the day. I could forgive getting a coupon to purchase food, but I cannot forgive that they don’t make water, coffee and tea available throughout the day. I am sure I am not the only person that doesn’t drink while eating. The only time drinks are available is when they serve a meal. Otherwise I have to buy them. Unforgivable. This is not healthy or safe. Fix the drink situation- the poor vendors and the attendees are suffering! The vendors did not plan on suffering all day from dehydration. This is NOT OKAY! Poor planning and poor decisions. Other than that- the venue is too big for the conference. The conference has great information- but poor decisions affect execution and the experience.

App easy to use

This was our first year using this app, It was Super helpful, for next year if you could add a map of the area, with the names of the conference rooms, Restaurants, restroom, cafe shop, gift shop. Thank you guys for your time!!!
