Avast Cleanup – Phone Cleaner

Update: after looking at email the developer advised to give permission for full gallery access which was already permitted. There are pictures only two or three that can been seeing The rest of them are blank. It doesn’t work no matter what I do. The app is not functioning. I already contacted. Apple and Apple would not give me no refund. My gallery does not load into this app. Everything appears blank still cannot get any refund. Nowhere neither my credit card neither Avast itself. It’s impossible to get refund for the product. That’s never gonna be working never buy again and I will cancel all my subscriptions everywhere !!

because that I can use this app to clean up my space, I would just love it

This app has continuously tried to charge my Apple account and is prevented me from downloading or updating any apps including this one unless I pay for the subscription that I already canceled. I did the free trial and then cancelled before because I didn’t like the app and now it has my whole Apple account stuck, I can’t do anything. I tried to reach out to support but never heard anything back. I need help with this so I can use my phone again. Please help!
