Avas Ride - Your Everyday App

Worst possible taxi hailing app in the Maldives. Failure of an app, not trust worthy. I pre-booked a van last night, got a driver assigned but avas ride doesn’t provide the customer with the drivers number. There is no way to confirm whether the driver is coming or not. We have to blindly trust them to deliver the service. Fast forward to today, my mother had an afternoon flight so we pre-booked the van to pick us up at 1:30. 1:15 no news, 1:20 i used another app called Fahi ride to book. Luckily i got a van assigned. Its 1:42 as i am writing this review and no news of the avas van driver. Failure of an app, avas ride. Not trustworthy

App is really helpful but some of the drivers behavior is not much good as a company just do a survey and fix it .. it’s not only the money it’s the respect u return to the person who order the service too .. other than that app is perfect ..

I live in a no car alley in Male. However the alley is open to two main roads. I live on a corner from one side which some drivers do not like This one driver had the audacity to shout at us when we requested to come around Everyone can come to pick up. But dropping off they covenantally leave us and go Can the admin come up in a way to rate every ride we have based on convenience, communication and cleanliness of the taxis. Please
