So far the experience has been very straight forward as long as you read the policy then you should be fine. Everything is quite literal and is expected to be followed to the letter, if your not that type then maybe this platform will not work out for you. But if you willing to follow everything the working experience with this app is quite convenient.

The idea that you can order a car with a flat price flat out at $125 per day or seven dollars an hour is not true and that’s exactly what they advertise on their website. They tell you that you have extensions. They used to do 24 hour extensions and then somehow in one week with no change no policy nowhere they started talking me into extending in order to be able to get a car and telling me that all the cars are book. I go in the garage. I see the exact same car sitting there for them to fix because they’ve tried to give me damage cars that I could get tickets from the cops as a driver, which is a contradiction. It’s like they’re giving you cars to set you up to get tickets on top of these cars will have multiple tickets from the past. I’ve actually had a police officer I can tell you’re trying to earn some money and I know that’s not your car and you showed me that you didn’t have it today with this car you’re renting, but it has so many tickets on it if we felt like it, we could boot it and tow it in the street and it would be on you to get it out at 600 in the first three hours as a company that’s irresponsible plus that’s an oxymoron where drivers and you’re sitting up with the car. It’s going to get us in trouble and Uber is not gonna want to and Uber’s gonna say that we have a contract with them they’re supposed to charge you seven dollars per hour five a day if they can write it to you at a daily and then they say the opposite on the phone I’ve looked at every license plate in every car in that lot now to contact them whenever they’re not doing their job and giving me bad cars that are already damaged. You lose hours inside of a garage where the app’s not working the garage door won’t open the car. Don’t always warm up then I’m wasting time going back-and-forth trying to have a vehicle that won’t give me a fix-it ticket and they don’t that time and then when they screw up and double charge it something goes wrong and you’re sitting and they start ignoring you and you asked for phone calls there’s not that many people in the world when they ignore you and don’t answer the phone a lot of things need to be fixed with this right away as well as I’m trying to get the money from overlapping things and then trying to apply something and charging you for it before the entire time of your extensions that you have that’s getting over straightforward

Terrible company. They provide me with a car at 56% charged. They want to give a $.80 per percent uncharged. But they’re gonna charge me $1 per uncharged. So automatically lose $.20 per percent uncharged when locked in the vehicle. Obviously I didn’t even start the reservation. They took enough money as it is. It takes over a day for anyone and customer service to get back to you. And then they gas light me and tell me that I’m making “threats” because I told them that I was gonna leave a bad review. Well here it is… thanks for taking my money on a reservation I didn’t even use and for a car with an empty battery that I was going to get charged even more for. TERRIBLE COMPANY
