This app continues to have more and more problems as time goes on. It would be fantastic if I could use the simple features such as checking in and out of jobs. When I started using this app about a year ago, it worked 95% of the time. Now here we are a year later and I can get it to work maybe 5% of the time. Why do you keep making it worse?
The app is pretty buggy. The bugs that stand out are not being able to clock out of a cleaning with the entire app freezing when I try, and also automatically sending multiple “running late” comments every time I open the app
My cleaners aren’t tech savvy so it was important to have an app that was easy to use. I also like the time tracking to help me calculate payroll. Photos are a plus too.
