If you use Sage 50 US with multiple users, it doesn’t work when shared and you cannot pay a scanned receipt with a credit card. It only allows cash accounts. Ridiculous since this is owned by Sage. Those problems are not the app, but what’s the point of the app if the rest is useless. Do not know if other versions of Sage work with this or not but if that’s what you are issuing don’t waste your time or money. I spent at least 20 hours with tech support proving the obvious and they didn’t indicate a desire to fix it.
Not much use with the service or the app. I’m attempting to scan an invoice with the app, the picture is distorted. The app scanner in beyond basic. No edge detection. Not sure why they don’t have Scannable like scanning function. Again, in-app scanner basic and poor results.
