Problems and more problems
I basically gave them money for two years of subscription and only got six month of magazines. Apple takes my money, but when I want to read the magazine, the App asks me to purchase the issue. From there, there is no more conversation, you can see that you have paid your subscription, but you can’t open the magazine. And there is no possibility to contact the publisher, nothing, you just watch your money fade away... not very agreeable... But, when you get a magazine to open, it is a great read, entertaining and visually appealing. Please help..... I already cancelled the subscription before, but I really want to read your magazine......

Prescription stopped working
Paid for one year in August 2018. Worked fine until first issue 2019. Now asking for new payment. No feedback when reporting problem

Besser als Heft aber könnte noch besser sein
Viel mehr Fotos als im Heft und dazu Videos und extra Info. Leider kann man nicht Artikel weiterschicken damit jemand der nicht das Abo hat es lesen kann. Es ist auch unmöglich die App auf mehreren iOS geraten gleichzeitig zu benutzen wenn diese andere iCloud konnten haben. Ansonsten ein Super Angebot, besonders für Leute im Ausland wo es die AMS nicht zu kaufen gibt.
