I have used this tool on several sites and found it to be useless. Not one model number I have entered of a chiller or pump comes up in their drop down menu so how can a baseline be established? It asked me for readings on a rear motor bearing that doesn't exist on a carrier 19xr chiller and also for a pump bearing that doesn't exist on a vertical Armstrong pump. It then generated reports on these non existent bearings. It gave reports on two pumps and a holler with clear bearing problems as normal. These bearings were actually screaming.
