The app has great content but they will take out soap operas without letting you know or while you are in the middle of watching it. Also my share screen to my tv isn’t working.

I subscribed to the service about 6 month, to be used by my mom; but she Neves was able to use. She received error thing to get premium content even the subscription was active. I sent message to the customer services they ask for information as prof of payments and other details with I did, and still waiting for a response. After they reply, they were unable to cross references between your iTunes payments and his systems. Even I sent the proofs with confirmation codes. That’s make me be more sure about mine rating. The web form to communicate with the complaint doesn’t work properly and you receive error trying to send you the message. Uff, I think is really annoying use this. Only reason I still trying to get access is my mom how like Spain content. I do not recommend

The app functions fine. If the connection isn’t fast expect some buffering unless you download the episode. If I play a program in my app on my phone subtitles work. If I cast the program to the TV they don’t show up. No idea why and I can’t go anyone to answer from Atresplayer.
