It’s a great app, the UI/UZ is better than other competitors’ and I also like how ATOM allows me to use it for free. But one thing…., just one thing: there is NO Dark Mode! ATOM, please add Dark Mode.

Review for Atom Telecommunication Company I have been using Atom Telecommunication for a long times , and I must say that their application system is extremely frustrating. The app is slow, unresponsive, and full of delays, making it difficult to perform even basic tasks like checking balance or purchasing data packages. On top of that, the internet connection is very unreliable. The speed is inconsistent, and there are frequent disconnections, making it hard to browse, stream, or even send messages smoothly. For a telecommunications company, having such poor service is unacceptable. I hope they seriously improve their app and network quality, or they will continue to lose customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Atom. My SIM card was deceptived money without any valid reason, and I was neither informed nor given an explanation beforehand. This has caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my ability to communicate effectively. As a paying customer, I expect transparency and proper communication from any service provider. Unfortunately, Atom failed to meet even the most basic expectations in this regard. Trust is essential in this industry, and this experience has completely eroded my trust in their services. I urge others to think twice before choosing this company, as such unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability should not be tolerated. Atom, I sincerely hope you take steps to improve your customer service and operational transparency moving forward.
