Athkar - أذكار

This is the best Athkar, prayer times, and Quran app. I can’t say enough good things about it. It’s easy to navigate, very organized, and clearly designed with a lot of thought. One of my favorite things is that it doesn’t have annoying ads that distract you from what you’re trying to do. The different types of athkar are color-coded and well organized, which makes them very easy to find and access. I also love that they added the Quran—it makes it so much more accessible and convenient for me to read daily. The Quran feature is great, especially with the ability to translate verses and bookmark where you left off. The prayer times feature is also very convenient. I especially love that it shows how many minutes remain until the next prayer, and during Ramadan, it clearly indicates fasting and iftar times. Finally, the app integrates very well with the Apple Watch

I love this app and usually I hate to keep switching to other trendy things and I like to stick to the one that works for me. A couple of times they made some very unwarranted changes that were really a turnoff and they made it back to its original state which made me very happy. I didn’t want to make any comment hoping that they will realize that what we had originally is perfect and no need to reinvent the wheel. When something is working perfectly well please do not change it. Unless technology is requiring which I understand sometimes new phones may make it difficult for older apps to work properly but if you have no good reason to change things leave this one alone and stop fooling around with this one. Or at least test the change before you make it public because no one and I am confident liked these so called improvements unless as I said they are fixes. Anyway I hope my review is constructive criticism because I am an addict to the Athkar. The best I found and the voice and the tone as well as the speed are top notch for me. Anything else was NASHAZ. Thank you for making this my choice to go to. Salaam

Been wanting to write a review for a long time, and have even upgraded to a paid subscription almost 2 years ago after using the free version for many years! Can’t say enough good things about this app (even the free version is pretty amazing). The attention to details in terms of information but also design makes you proud as a Muslim, and they are constantly updating it and adding features you didn’t even know you needed in your life! Jazakum Allah Khair for the team behind this. The amount of “ihsan” is just beautiful, as well as supportive as a guide I rely on every single day! If you can support the app by subscribing to the paid version, I highly recommend it since it supports the developers, but opens up so many cool features!
