AtAirports - airport maps

We have been to Humberto 5 times and still confusing. It would be helpful for the app to give step by step guidance with video of each step and place from entrance to check-in to security then to passport control and gate locations. For us still a little confused Otherwise it did not take a long time to get to our gate. It is a very busy and hectic airport so a little more help takes the stress level down!

Who are starting to explain how we can go into the airport

Good when it works right. If you’re the developer fix the touch points and gestures and this app will “take off” (pun intended) my issues were getting the actual map to open up. It’s hit or miss. I’ve tapped the terminal map I want to open, nothing happens. Double click. Nothing. Pressed and waited. Nothing. Then all of the sudden the terminal map opens and I have no idea how I was able to get it to open. Closed the app, tried again….and now I can’t get it open. It is so strange. I can search for gates, food, etc but the map is not there.
