This a great game that’s fun and challenging. One flaw: they very often repeat long words that make it too easy to figure out once you recognize the telltale letters. Spoils the challenge.

This is a fun puzzle app. There are 4 free puzzles each day for a week. You used to be able to play those free puzzles without ads. But now they’ve ruined it and you’re forced to watch commercials. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

The new scoring of this puzzle is much better at showing how well you solved the puzzle. I used to wonder if my time was in a field of 10 solvers or 5000. It is also great that you can even see your standing on old puzzles - I used to go back and solve puzzles I'd missed but would have to wonder how I had done on them compared to other solvers. Getting twice as many free puzzles is also wonderful. I have not found an Astraware puzzle that wasn't fun, challenging and well crafted. The only thing I would like added is a flashing empty space when I am down to one letter - it takes me precious seconds to find that last empty space. ;-}. . . . . Of course, that would help other puzzlers as well.
