Arrows Puzzle: Escape Out!

I love the puzzles and I would love to give this game a higher rating were it not for some glaring issues that I have to report here. First, there is no method of requesting in-game support. One full star gone. Even here when you are supposed to be able to go to a website to get support, you are sent to a site that clearly states it supports certain games - which list does not include this game. Two other things I’d like to see improved: the stability of the game board on the iPad. It moves around a lot, making it difficult for the player to select the arrow wanted. Second, the game does not recognize when I have successfully completed a daily puzzle. If I have to complete a certain number of levels before daily challenges are available, then that should be made known.

I like this game so much but I finished level 499 and that’s it. After the game it’s not moving forward to level 500. I tried also the game for the day or the challenge level but it’s not working either. Pls. do something. Thank you.

Arrowspuzzle has wonderfully complex and satisfying puzzles—I genuinely enjoy the challenge and design. Unfortunately, the overall experience is frustrating. The app often crashes and closes unexpectedly, which interrupts play and progress. I purchased the Ad-Free experience, hoping it would improve stability and remove ads permanently, but ads still appear after reopening the app, and I’m repeatedly prompted to purchase ad removal again. I’ve only been charged once, yet the purchase doesn’t stick as intended. Great puzzles, but the app needs more stability and a fix for the in-app purchase system before I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
