I really like the version that this app offers for crossword. it actually makes you think but it’s not so far out there that it’s impossible to do. I’m also really impressed with how well they teach you to play the game. Unlike some apps that just throw you in there. Great job guys. The only thing I do not like is being forced to watch ads in order to spin at the end, but honestly, there’s not too terribly many ads that you have to watch and if it weren’t the same ads over and over that wouldn’t even be all that bad. Great job guys.

I’m in the last stretch of the Reach Division League Champion set and in order to get promoted, I had to complete a set of matches. I tried the first game, “Play a Correct Letter” with Martin C. After playing my round, I was waiting for my opponent to respond by watching ads. All of a sudden, I was told that I had lost the match because I ran out of time! How could that be when I did nothing wrong?!!! I was just watching ads! I had to give up 500 coins to keep my winning streak and then started another match with Valiant Hedgehog. The same thing happened again but this time, they didn’t ask for the 500 coins. I decided to try it one last time and started my match with Astute Raccoon. The first couple of rounds went well but as soon as I started another round, it told me that I had lost the match because I had run out of time? What?!! How could that be when I just started another match and had just rolled my letters? I should at least have 60 seconds to complete my round but it didn’t even allow me that. I had to forfeit another 500 coins to keep my winning streak. So basically, I lost 1,000 coins in just a few minutes today from no fault of my own. This used to be one of my favorite games but not any more. I think it’s a trap to rob us of our coins! It took me a LONG time of watching countless ads to accumulate all those coins and I am pretty upset about losing them through no fault of my own. Come to think of it, I think it’s happened before but I didn’t really think about complaining until today when it happened to me 3 times in a row! What a rip off! 😤

I got this game through KK and ended up loving it. Then 2 weeks later I got the other one that’s essentially the same and love it just as much. HOWEVER, there was a glitch of sorts with my account on the other version. It had made a different account and started me over. I tried reaching out to see if they could fix it. They responded fairly quickly the first time and asked for my screen name or player ID. Since then it’s been 3 days. I’m on a time limit for goals in KK. So, I looked around trying to fix it myself, nothing worked. I ended up opting to delete this “new account” and that just started me fresh again. Unfortunately when I opened the Arrow app, it had also deleted the account on here. It should warn you it will delete the account for ALL apps. That was 3 weeks of about 100 completed puzzles. GONE. I don’t know if I have it in me to start over. I also cannot reach my goals on KK now because they’re weekly. PLEASE find a solution to the account issues. Aside from that, the only other issue is the ADs! I can handle most of them. But the relentless ones during events like Sky Quest are TOO MUCH. Trying to focus and figure out a word and boom AD. As far as the game itself, it is awesome. I loved it so much that I hardly touched any other games that I have. I would absolutely return and add one more star if I could get my account back.
