I cannot gain access to app, I deleted thinking it might have upgraded. Now I can’t gain access and before this the app kept dropping the wifi. I paid a lot of money for this item for it to break 3 months later!

I am not able to connect the diffuser device to my wifi using this app. I can only connect to Bluetooth which means when I leave the house the machine shuts down! Im very frustrated since this is supposed to be a app controlled device.

After writing a 1 star review below, I have changed my mind. This app works fine and I give it 4 stars now. It does pretty much everything I needed it to do and right away. Please disregard the review below but you still need 2.4GHz Internet connection. Previous Review: I actually got it to work after many many hours. You can only connect to this app with 2.4 GHz. 5 GHz you will not be able to connect. After I got connected, I can only control the run time on and time off for the machine. None of the other functions (On/Off, Scent Level, Fan) work. Not worth the hassle. But I WAS connected but not anymore.
