THIS GAME HAS BEEN HACKED!!!!! Run away this game is garbage. Pay to play and cannot win any other way. You will face tanks 8 levels higher than you regularly. Balancing is a joke. Games are 1 vs 6. I can only presume these are computer generated characters. Total waste of time and money. I would give it less stars if possible. You will need to spend at least $100 to compete. Your first tank is a joke and loses every time. The game sets you against tanks 5-8 times as powerful as yours. Its a freaking scam. Save your time and your money. There are at least a dozen tank games better than this money grab. You cant hit anything in this game and if you get lucky and actually hit something it does no damage. Amazingly other tanks can kill you in one shot! Have fun! Btw the other reviews must be written by those profiting from this game or those who spend their days in moms basement. If you are looking for a fun game to kill some time during your actual life look elsewhere.

This used to be such a great game. Even if you pay through the nose, the gameplay is so stupidly random and uneven you can’t get ahead, let alone break even. Upgrades to win cost 2-4X as much as you gain from winning a round. RARELY is there ever a 6:6 battle; I think this shows how many people have stopped playing as the opposite was true not long ago. Repeatedly, the other tankers on the blue team are simply cannon fodder. Tanks with armor ratings of less than 2000 up against 4000+ armor? Check. Suicidal bot tank placeholders that spin in circles and never shoot at the opposition? Check. Taking hits from unseen enemies while on the low side of a hill or berm? Check. Glitchy destroyed tanks that continue to fire and function? Check. Bot, bots, bots, and hackers galore. I’ve decided to play out the money I have left and will uninstall. There have been too many updates consistently worsening this once great game.

Despite its lackluster design and simple gameplay, this game is fun to play. Armored Ace’s provides its players with one of the most important attributes of a game, the level funness it provides. This however is only a matter of my personal opinion. Despite this, the game is rather lackluster in giving players a true gaming experience. The biggest thing that takes away from this game is its poor and simplistic design. Maps are open without any strategic placement of cover, ricochets are based on luck rather then actual armor, penetration, and angling of the vehicle, players can see enemies even behind obstructions as if they had radar, inaccurate vehicle stats and etc. These factors build up to give players a rather bland, unrealistic, and arcade-ish style of gameplay. However, things like that “radar” visibility range and map design aren’t hard to fix. I recommend fixing some of these and looking into introducing these more complex game mechanics. This game however has been getting better, with the introduction of new maps and new features, fixing problems, and making the game more diverse. And your simplistic design isn’t completely bad either, it’s just that the game could be better. I hope you consider some of my ideas and if you do, I hope they work out well. Keep up the good work ;). Idea list: - base the ricochet system on a more accurate armor and vehicle angle system - have tanks be visible only when you can actually see them, no radar - make the matchmaking more fair, and not have specific tiers always dominant. Be nice to the newcomers - have maps with more strategic cover and terrain, aka hills and other obstructions - remove or improve the mountain map, poor tanks are getting stuck :( - tank destroyers maybe should have a damage boost to fit their role and compensate for having light armor and/or no turret - introduce some more city maps, some not fully urban.
