The Argus app is useful, but there are a few areas that need improvement. 1. Please introduce a single login for both the parent and student instead of requiring separate logins for different features. Having to switch between Parent ID and Student ID is inconvenient and confusing. A unified login with access to all relevant features would make the app much more user-friendly. 2. The app does not consistently send notifications for important updates, assignments, circulars, or announcements. Parents may miss important information if they do not open the app regularly. Timely push notifications should be enabled for all important updates. Improving these two features would greatly enhance the overall user experience. Thank you.

Writing this review after using the app for more than a month. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been disappointing due to several stability and usability issues. • Notifications work intermittently, so important updates are often missed. • Books frequently fail to load. The only workaround is to force close the app and relaunch it multiple times, which is very frustrating. • The app hangs or freezes during regular use, disrupting the learning experience. • Navigation is not smooth and often feels slow and unresponsive. • The app takes longer than expected to load different sections. • There are occasional unexpected crashes. • Overall performance is inconsistent, making it difficult to rely on the app for daily learning. The app has good potential, but these issues significantly impact usability. I hope the development team prioritizes performance, stability, and overall user experience in upcoming updates.
