Aquarium Log - Tank Manager

ETA: Wrote my review... two seconds later found the "diary" icon! Noooo! Okay. 5 stars, my bad! Its hard to see, but it's there! Original: Just set all my tanks into the app today. (Dec 29, 25) Absolutely lovely settings and options available. Asks for dates and inhabitants, plus styles of equipment. Fresh or salt water. Lots to work with! For reference, I have 12 tanks going and have paper calendars in each room that has tanks, just to take notes on what was done and how. Been running most of them for over a year & have a few that are two years old. (Thankful I labeled my startup dates on the tanks themselves. Super cool to see the exact ages of the tanks on the app!) Wanted to try something new and get rid of all my calendars everywhere. I love everything so far, except one thing: There isn't a "notes" option in the calendar mode. 😭 Now, it really wouldn't matter with just a few tanks. Or with someone who isn't as obsessive as I am. I get that. But, for those of us who need the extra note space, adding such an option to the daily calendar side would be amazing. This app nails most all of it (far as I can tell with a freshwater in tank settings, no idea for marine, as I am not there yet. I can bet it's just as thorough there, though.) Thats literally my only complaint thus far. I love to write notes on how or what I did to my tanks *very* specifically. (Needs at least a 250 character limit or so.) I will continue to use this app for a month or two, see if there is something I am missing or need to learn. (Will come back and update if something new pops up.) Overall, great app. Has most everything. Found the creator comment on reddit when I looked up good apps for keeping track. Was not disappointed.

This app has everything you’d need to organize and keep track of maintenance on multiple fish tanks! With customizable tasks for each tank, optional notifications, customizable data collection for water parameters, and a perfectly simple calendar to keep track of necessary tank needs! I’m new to owning a tank, and I started off big with a 50 gallon tank! This app made everything much simpler for me to understand, and way less daunting! Along with the other features I mentioned, you can also add and track breeds of fish in each tank! There is also an optional social section of the app where you can post information for your tank or see what other users are doing in their tanks too! I love this app very much! My ONLY gripe with the app is I wish notifications had the badge on the iPhone Home Screen, and that notifications could be labled as “Time Sensitive” so they are displayed over other less important notifications on my phone. (As of December 2025 this is not an option) Keep it up! I love this app very much!!

This app is hands down the best out there for helping to keep track of the maintenance behind aquariums. It’s easy to use, well developed, and is very customizable. My only complaints are that scheduling future tasks is not the most straightforward and certain parameters like chlorine are not available. However, this app still beats anything I’ve used so far! Edit: The creator of this app seems dedicated to making the best possible aquarium app. Since my original post, they have made tasks very straightforward and allowed even more customization to them. They have also added their own community to post pictures of your tanks. I’m sold
