Only registration option available when trying to sign in. And it stuck when I’m entering my email that already registered, and there is NO “exit” or “back” button! Who developed such awful UX ?!?!? Support only through WhatsApp and the told me to delete app and download again to try sign up. Simply clowns 🤡🤡🤡

I booked a car but couldn’t start the trip. The app required a selfie, but since it was dark outside, the camera didn’t recognize me and I couldn’t unlock the car. Time and money were charged, but I never used the service. Very frustrating experience.

I’ve been renting vehicles occasionally for the past few weeks, it is very easy to use, and it provides a convenient way to have a vehicle when it’s needed. The vehicles are brand new and comfortable, pricing is transparent, and support is good. Very much enjoying the service so far!
