Angie's Fit Fix

I spent the past summer out-of-state and away from my regular gym. I downloaded Angie's app from seeing a reel on her Instagram. I wanted something that required little dumbbells and a small space. Her workouts were great! They were short, easy-to-follow, and tracked your progress. I loved how you could record your weight used in the workout and make a comment at the end of the workout. I used this feature regularly to see my "non-scale victories"! I saw a lot of progress in myself and have even continued to use her app at my regular gym/home because I find her workouts so easy to follow, and I see progress in the gym! I'm very happy I downloaded her app from her Instagram because it gave me the flexibility to get my workout in, and it helped me stay confident in myself and my abilities. 100% recommend.

This app is delightful. It was very difficult for me to hold & carry my grandbabies. Now with Angie’s app, I feel stronger and can enjoy playing with my grandbabies for longer periods of time. By the way, my two grandkids together weigh 60lbs+!! Never thought I would be able to carry them together. Thank you Angie!

Love, taking this app to the gym and following to work out! I feel like my workouts are more structured and targeted, and I believe this will yield better results. However, the app does not allow certain programs flexibility. It is not possible to put the plan on hold and it is not possible to change plans without deleting the entire history and account. This could be improved on. Additionally, if you want to record accurate activity, the app does not allow you to move a Workout from one day to the next. So if I am out of town, or for whatever reason, unable to complete a specific workout on the day scheduled, I cannot add it to the next day, and then show it complete for a more accurate record. I am rating it a four because it did exceed my expectations on use during actual workouts.
