Beautiful for adults and children.
I use this app at least twice a day. It’s beautifully done. Visually pleasing. The music is wonderful and the narrated meditations are perfect. I put on a meditation on for my 12 y o son to help either with restlessness, concern, or happiness. Fun app.

Really powerful tool in your pocket!
