Incredibly inaccurate. Customer service does not respond to the problem. Instead, they try to claim the problem is something else and waste a ton of time. Fully charged device registers as 0 battery and won't register at all with the app. This brand only worked ok for a couple of months - though it wasn't very accurate at all, even during its working days - and then it just totally quit working. They will continue to charge you for the service, even when the device doesn't work.

Sucks! Initially worked fine despite showing on phone "incomplete setup". I registered, created profile, then phone tracking stiopped working, demanded sign-in to account, rejected my password/email even though I was already signed in via computer. So I uninstalled then tried to reinstall app. No Dice!! Now I cannot log into Pawfit. It will not accept my perfectly valid 8 digit code that includes upper case, special case and number! I am EXTREEMLY FRUSTRATED!!

Mostly good, tracking is somewhat accurate. Problem is that sometimes low battery notifications don't work, and the device doesn't power on by itself if it's fully charged after the battery being dead, meaning tracker is useless in such scenarios. I would encourage weekly habits of checking the battery at least once a week. I get about 3 weeks of battery on a single charge while connected to WiFi, if traveling or without Wi-Fi access it's usually about 5-7 days however.

I have Xfinity internet and the router it came with. A competitor dog gps was never able to connect to my WiFi. I ditched it, and PawFit synced up the first time. I also like how it had flashlight, recording, and remote voice capabilities.

I have been using this tracker for a few months and my 8 month old puppy has escaped 3 times. Every time this tracker has led me right to her in FIND mode!! I am fortunate that she doesn't dart off, so cant say how quickly the tracking updates but every time I look for her the little circle in the app with her picture is right over top of where she is wandering. The tracker is easy to charge (about every 2 weeks) and the app is intuitive. WAYYY better than the Fi collar that I had prior for another dog and much cheaper using the same GPS service.
