ANCEL Battery Monitor

I have been using this battery monitor and app to monitor my RV battery for about a year now. The monitor works great. The app installed easily and connected to the monitor device easily and the entire system works well. So well that I’d like to monitor my utility tractor’s battery too but I see no way of setting up a second monitor (or third, forth, etc.) without corrupting the RV battery data.

Install the unit on my Tesla OEM battery, and immediately I could tell that this was a joke of a product. The fonts did not allow the messages to be displayed, the graphs were not accurate or legible and cannot update firmware using the app. Contacted support and ask they did was want to ask me more questions rather than offer simple answer to, is there newer firmware. The questions appear to be from ChatBot AI and the more I asked for support, the more they asked ridiculous questions that had nothing to do with the device. I would not recommend this at all since my confidence in the readings are very suspect.

I had no troubled installing the battery analyzer on my new car battery. I live in Arizona and car batteries have a predictable two year life because of the heat. My car is a Tesla and if the 12V goes without warning you lose access to the vehicle along with almost every function except the motor which is a completely separate system. I also just installed a new Li Ion 12V battery which is guaranteed to last 48 months and reviews well exceed that. So the Issue for me is uncharted territory. The voltage part of the analyzer is all I need so the instructions are not critical but printed instructions will help anyone who needs more functions. They are really almost indecipherable to an English speaker. They desperately need to be written by a native or fluent English speaker. Useless otherwise.
