You know what the real problem is? Every single step to get something basic done feels like punishment. Want to reach DSL customer support? First, you’re forced to recharge your already pathetic, limited bundle. So if it’s urgent—too bad. Pay first, talk later. Then comes the genius-level management decision: to renew your monthly mobile plan through the app, you need internet. Imagine that—needing internet to buy internet. It’s like hiring clowns to run a circus they don’t even understand. And speaking of hiring, it’s clear you’ve staffed this operation with the most unqualified people possible. People who accepted roles they don’t grasp, who design processes that make zero sense, and who somehow think customers should jump through hoops for the privilege of paying. This isn’t just bad service—it’s a masterclass in how to frustrate loyal users, waste their time, and prove that the people behind this app have no clue what their roles are supposed to achieve.
The whole app doesn’t reflect a big company like Vodafone where we expect to see a user friendly app with easy access even to customers support or help, it only contains the named robot chat which is stupid and useless in case the complaint is not listed I am trying to purchase a mobile phone from the app shop and it’s stuck on an rejected transaction even not going through the payment process, even tried from a browser and the same happens!
This app is absolute trash. I have been using the App Store for more than 6 years and this is the first time I write a review. I haven’t been frustrated with an app to this point ever. The user interface is absolutly horrible. And that’s when it works. The problem is it never loads. I have never opened the app and did what I wanted to from the first try. And why the isnt the option to disable auto renew placed somewhere accessible. I profoundly believe that they made this app and their whole system extremely difficult for the consumer and super frustrating so they can make money off the mistakes in auto renewal and off their weird subscriptions. The user interface needs to completely be changed. It is not intuitive at all and the person who designed it has probably never used a phone before. I need to know what I am subscribed to. And how to stop the subscription. I need to see a list of the offered plans so I can choose. And for god sake why the isnt there an option to opt out of the constant text messages and the flash message I get when I finish the call and get notifications from the app instead. For a company this big this app is an absolute disappointment
