Amplify Dispensary

I’ve placed orders twice & the app said the dispensary had the product & then the dispensary didn’t. In a large city, making an hour and a half round trip across town for nothing is unacceptable. This has happened to me twice. Now the app won’t let you customize your shopping & makes you look through everything on the site to find what you want. The app used to let us customize so we could select brand, size, quantity, etc… now every option is pre-selected as ALL & we have to look thru everything. Ugh, too much, I’ll come back when it’s corrected & not such a burden to shop. I used to love this app, was one of my faves, now it’s only opened in emergencies!!

The ease of use for ordering product is definitely there, but my account for the website does not link to the app. I can’t review previous orders or an order I placed the same day. Also have no visibility on rewards points, and also don’t have the ability to use points to purchase on the app or website. Also it does not provide the actual cost of medical product so I never know how much cash I’ll need to place an order. If you just want to order product and get some info on the product, this app is great for that, just don’t expect it to give you any other information about your account or any metrics linked to your account.

The app is easy to use and very well put together everything is there in order and even deals that you wouldn’t know about otherwise and then the employees once your there are super knowledgeable helpful and nice. So 100 percent wish I could give 1000 stars for this review!
