Chat doesn’t work.
Don’t waste your time with the chat function. It doesn’t work well at all. Save yourself the time and just call them. The app is good to tell you how much money you have left though.

Works and does what it needs to do
The app is easy to use and does what I need it to do: shows the balance of my HSA, lets me see history of purchases, and lets me file claims to reimburse myself from my HSA. Haven’t had any issues with it

Easy to use!
Easy app to use and helps with hassle of substantiations. No need to mail, fax or email in as I can easily load a picture from my photo library or take a picture of an itemized receipt or EOB.
