Amen: Christian Meditation

What a wonderful and beautiful way to start the day praying along with the Amen app! I thank God every day for the love and knowledge I get each morning and night as He guides me through the most important part of each day! Holy Father, I thank you each morning and night for loving me enough to sacrifice your life that I might live in your presence. The blessings you pour out to me and my family are accepted with love and gratitude. Stay with me throughout this day and always that all I do will glorify you. I am not lucky, I am blessed because I believe that God gave his son Jesus Christ to suffer and die on the cross for all the people all over the world. I believe that on the third day he Arose and assented into heaven and sits at the right side of the Gather God. I believe that Jesus Christ will come again in the near future to save those who have followed him, Was born again in Christ Jesus for those who truly believe. All honor and glory to our God the Gather, Son and Holy Spirit.

God is definitely working through this app and I praise Him for the minds behind it, as it is so needed for me right now. The devotionals, meditations, prayers, and all are great to guide my focus and worship, start or end the day with, go back and meditate on throughout the day with, but what I appreciate most is that it has created a deeper longing for Christ. It prompts me to yearn for more, apply what I learned and make connections that would be impossible to make without the Word of God. Jesus is ineffable and His grace is sufficient, I find myself being able to find peace to sleep after years of fear and insomnia, battles with PTSD and forgiveness for the hurt I’ve received and became in my life, not only from those around me, but from myself. I have so much more to learn and way more to go, but this app has been a big part in my journey to follow Christ. It is by far one of my favourite downloads, and I fully believe that the annual subscription purchase was the right move for me. (I’m not a fan of spending money on apps! Haha!) but it is so useful, so wonderful, comforting and thought provoking. By the grace of God. Really. Great job on this! Beautiful app.
