The app is fine. But it requires special hardware!
This app is used to configure and control Almando devices and is useless without such a device. The 1-star rating(s) probably come from those who downloaded it and saw that it does nothing. That's because it only works with hardware from Almando which you need to purchase first. The description for the app could be clearer about that.
