Allo: AI Second Business Phone

We switched our sales and support teams to Allo after struggling with RingCentral. It’s been a game changer. The app is incredibly easy to use, the call quality is top, and setup took less than five minutes. Allo helped us centralize all our communication in one place. Our reps can tag calls, share notes instantly, and collaborate on customer follow-ups without endless back-and-forth. It’s simple, fast, and way more affordable than the old tools we used.

There is always an issue with the app. One day I can’t make calls, another day I can’t text, it constantly puts me in different chats, if I archive 1 chat it tries to archive 3 other ones I never touched, another day it restarts my account, another day (and all days) the HubSpot tracking isn’t accurate. So now I’m resorting back to personal number to make business calls & texts which makes it hard to reach & also I don’t want my customers or prospects to have my personal number. Once you report these issues, they take hours to days to get back to you with an AI response. The response after days asks you “please describe exactly this and show proof” like you think I have proof for an issue I had days ago? So takes forever for something to get fixed. It’s super frustrating honestly the constant issues.

Hello, I signed up for your service via free the app. It asked me to sign up each time I opened the app. When I finally got to the number calling portion of the service to call and see what my agent sounds like, they were the complete opposite of what I asked for. They also spoke a different language. I then went to your support via WhatsApp and got no response. May you update the app? Thanks Update: The app is great, my account was fixed after I contacted the company via WhatsApp. They are amazing service givers: Pierre helped me out and the updates happen weekly. Thanks Allo!
