Alabama State Parks Guide- Pocket Ranger®

AppStore indicated a dedicated iPad version. What I installed is nothing but an iPhone version that uses the entire screen of the iPad as if it's a big iPhone. Portrait mode only, no Landscape mode. There's a gear icon for Settings, but it does nothing. Looks like a decent app, but don't install if you want an iPad-specific version.

Somewhat informative After registering though the app It says ok now login... Try to login... Fail Exited everything and started from scratch... Same same... Fail Rebooted phone... Started from scratch after the reboot... Same same... Fail I would sooooooo love for this app to work correctly.. It's a pity it doesn't :(

I use this app to search for state park activities, or by region if I'm not sure of park name. You can find a park with hiking and trail recommendations, which saves a lot of time when planning. It also has an events calendar with fun stuff to do for families.
