I had no trouble connecting to the heated socks I purchased. The app did disconnect after paging away, however the socks continued to remain powered, and the socks reconnected when I reopened the app. I’m not sure how the disconnection would affect the timer function, if you were using it, however, as I don’t use that function.

Tried pairing thermals with app nothing worked

I bought three pairs of heated sweatpants and sweatshirts from Ali Express. The Instructions said to use this app. The app does not work at all in English. If you try to use the app in Chinese it almost works but disconnects from the Bluetooth in the clothing every few minutes. Never long enough to heat up the clothes. I basically wasted $250 because this can't stay connected. Additionally, you can only pair one item at a time. Horrible app and horrible product!!!
