I must say my expectations were higher for a vacuum system that requires wifi and tracks locations cleaned throughout the house. The P20 regularly stops about 8” short of walls, blowing all the hair to the edges, won’t run the full length of a room, spends substantial amounts of time and battery life on very small areas (watched it drain 30% battery on a 8’ X 8’ square with no obstacles around it), can’t climb over half-inch thresholds, and doesn’t adjust speed based on the setting of quick clean vs. meticulous clean. It gets three stars because it is pretty full of pet hair every time it runs, and it generally finds its way home to the charger.

Finally got my whole house mapped. Log on one day and I just get and endless loading icon. I’ve checked for an update, deleted and restarted the app, and checked all settings. My husband downloaded the app and logged in with my password and he gets the same. I can still clean using the “start” button, but cannot customize/view my map, enforce “no zones”, etc.

I logged into the 5ghz network by accident so I can’t get the app to work during set up. I can’t find where I’m able to change that in the app. I tried “diagnosing network issues” but it’s literally a long list of numbers that layman’s can’t understand. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it hoping it would prompt me to connect to my network again, but the app stays in my cloud so it remembers that information, so I’m back to not being able to find anyway to change the network that connects the device to the app.
