Air India Xpress

I’m very disappointed with air India express and its staffs… we have been facing the same problems all the time,if there is a flight delay or change of time we are never informed beforehand.. we reach the airport according to our actual schedule but when we give our luggage for check-in we are informed that our flight has been delayed(for 8 hours) atleast, isn’t this very disappointing,we have to wait at the airport for 8 to 9 hours like a fool, aren’t we r supposedly to be notified if the flights are delayed so that we can move out from our homes according to that and also I was misguided by one of the employee name Sneha at the Delhi airport, she didnt informed us the exact time for departure since our flight was delayed once again, very much disappointed with Air India express.

I am a frequent travelers, however whenever I tried booking tickets from this apps it would take endless time loading the page, as such I always ended up using other apps to book the ticket. There are many areas where it needs to improve.
