It’s a decent banking app—especially for a smaller credit union. Since they upgraded it a few years ago, it’s a much more seamless experience than what they’ve had previously. My biggest gripe is all of the constant errors. On average, I probably am unable to log in once a week, which may not be due to the app and something to do with servers, but there’s been more than one instance where it’s been extremely frustrating because I needed to access my money that moment for a larger purchase and I couldn’t. I’ve learned now to make sure everything is moved around at least a day in advance, but it feels like something that shouldn’t have to be done. There’s also a more recent bug where I go to click on my credit score to view it and it just says it’s an unsupported url. Regardless, the app is still so much better than they had in the past. Here’s to hoping they can fix those bugs and make more improvements.
For the most part the app logs in quick but there are several occasions where it takes a while to log in using the mobile app with Face ID or it gives you an error message on trying to log in. Can you look into this? Thanks.
App is down. Keep getting an error. FIX IT!
