I’d like to dump all my photos from my phone to my AS5404T but for some reason it crashes after uploading 676 files. Whenever I open the app again it just says “upload complete” and crashes again. The only way to fix that is to uninstall the app then reinstall it. You think you’d be able to dump a large number of photos onto your NAS without any issues. I kept my screen on and it’s done it 3 times now.

It could be a lot better if we can download "unknown file type" file, then it can be moved or saved to Files app in iOS to working with another app. Right now it can't do anything with the downloaded "unknown file type" file, click "open with" it does nothing or "email" the app crashed to the home screen. This Asustor ecosystem has a lot of potential, i hope Asus can develop the app a bit faster.

Complete garbage. Wont download files of unknown type (adds a progress bar to the activity list but you can’t access the supposedly downloaded file). You also can’t use open in app (opens a modal downloading graphic but doesn’t ever download or open anything). This result is consistent across my iPad Air 2, iPad Pro (M chip) and iPhone. Do better ASUS! Update: Wasted my time trying writing up use cases and steps to reproduce and (tried) to send to the developer so they can fix their garbage- I got “undelivered mail - email address doesn’t exist” from my mail provider (ProtonMail, which is awesome). This app is a joke!
