app can’t find headband
can’t find headband. have tried it all. How can the company that makes the most incredible headphones release such an awful app?

Ummm won’t recognize headphones while clearly paired with phone
I’ve tried forgetting and repairing, tried connecting while music actually playing thru headphones via phone Bluetooth. I’ve tried turning them on and off. No matter what app can’t find my headphones. Please fix this asap!

App can’t find headphones
I’ve tried several times to get this app to discover my h10 headband but it just doesn’t find it. The headphones are connected over Bluetooth, and I can play music on them, but I can’t get the app to find them.
