The best one yet! I have downloaded over 15 apps and days of research to finally find what I needed. I’m a Real Estate agent with Spanish speaking clients. I needed an app that was reasonably priced and that would cater to multiple languages and this is it. I also have an impatient husband that didn’t want to sit through a whole speech just to get to me. This app delivers the best voice, customer service experience and the cool part is that it sounds like the AI is in an office setting environment. Really enjoy it.
Ttyl is the easiest ai receptionist for voicecalls because its natural sounding agents actually have a conversation with customers! they show empathy and pause when the customer is speaking with zero lag unlike m1 which has this major lag problem. So many of the competitors of ai receptionist(s) keep talking the script and cutting customers off when they are expressing a grievance and customers immediately realize that they are talking to a bot not a human which in my opinion totally anhilates the experience and defeats the whole purpose of an ai agent. Ttyl conversation is realistic and the ai actually sympathizes with the customers issue, in a small business thats truly a game changer especially for me trying to juggle many aspects of running a business with limited resources. Don’t waste your time, energy and resources with other apps this is the one you need, I have not been paid to write this review this is a genuine review.
At first, when I got the app, I saw it on Instagram and I heard that it was free. It was free at the time, but when they changed it, it was very bad. They removed the X to not do any subscriptions at all therefore when I tried to remove the app because I wasn’t using it, it decided so I had to force my way into a subscription. Then I had to cancel it real fast as soon as I was done reading it what a mess. I understand why I need to pay, but at the same time it’s a pain because not everyone can pay. It’s nice to have all the voices a nice things like that, but I was trying to remove it and get rid of it and it was give me a hard time.
