After the second day, it quit having the ability to create digital signatures, it couldn’t edit photos. It couldn’t create an image. It has not been able to do anything now I’ve paid for a full year of nothing. This app is horrible. Do not make the mistake that I did and purchase it, especially for a year. Customer service says it will update every 24 hours. 72 hours and it does not work. Scam UPDATE I've emailed your company 20 times without a satisfactory response. The last communication I received was on August 30, stating that your app is supposed to update every 24 hours and provide access to features as of that date. It's now clear that these updates are non-existent, and I've been scammed out of a year-long subscription to a portal that doesn’t work. You’ve taken my money without offering a refund or any acknowledgment of my concerns. Let it be known: do not fall victim to this scam as I have. Since August 30 through September 12, there’s been no response and they close the case with the 20 email conversation going back-and-forth that the app failed to perform any creative functions. They responded: Hello, We sincerely apologize once again for the issue. We’ve reopened your case for further review, and our team is actively working to resolve the problem. We will keep you updated on the progress, and we’ll make sure to take the necessary steps so that you don’t experience any inconvenience with your account. Thank you. Support Team Best Regards
