I went through all the work of creating a document and making additions, according to my needs through six edits and no matter what I did, there was no ability to copy and paste it. So I first did my due diligence to try to reach out to customer support for options and as soon as I realize there is no contact information for customer support I reached out to my bank to dispute the transaction. I just want to say this app has been nothing but pure amazing, I truly appreciate everything it has helped me when I can’t think of the words especially for my job, and personal life. It’s helped my communication skills! The one thing I noticed is I got charged the fee today on Saturday 8/12 rather than Monday and this was after I got charged on Monday 8/4 did I get double charged or is this glitch?
