This app helps strengthen your belief and mindset , no matter how life has gotten you down , this app will help you build yourself back up for better things and days to come … This year had been very hard for me mentally , spiritually,emotionally and physically, I did not realize this till, it took my body to the point of blacking out and shutting down , I was told I was going through so much it was trying to “reboot “ so to speak , everything changed for me , my mindset changed , this app helped a lot as a reminder daily daily that we are enough , keep pushing on , there is light , we are that light , we can make it happen and change our own lives , no waiting to be saved , we are the hero Thank you for creating this app 🥰

This is for anyone who struggles with manifesting positive things and has been doubting themselves. It is also for those who want to add another layer of power to their day. This app has been changing my life daily. I used to have a lot of confidence when I was younger but I lost my way. The daily affirmations remind me that it’s okay to not be okay. The app features a button which allows you to speak out your affirmation or to just read it. Speaking it is more powerful. I can even journal on the app 🙌 which is a plus for me because I can release certain things in my journal while affirming positivity and strength into my life. I have already recommended the app to some friends and will continue to recommend :)

I stumbled upon this app on Twitter quite synchronistically. Literally thinking to myself, “I wish I could find an app to help me organize & get on top of practicing affirmations more consistently.” Boom! Affirm Me app appears! After fully setting it up and customizing the affirmations to my exact liking, I tried out the complete experience set to the “piano” music option. OMG, I am totally in love!!!!!! First of all with the piano music—utterly uplifting with my 2nd fave sound (a crackling fire) coming through in the background. But most of all is the genius of the whole design: forced pacing of 3 repeats with a reminder to breathe in and out before rolling into the new affirmation, the joyful energy of the font that reveals the affirmations, and even a leveling up feature to keep you motivated. After being a years-long practitioner of the Higher Self Divine Light meditation I learned from Spiritual Arts Institute, I knew I was still missing out on one of the greatest tools for change that my teachers there also recommended, but I just couldn’t get organized to consistently follow through on: the power of affirmations to transform our thinking and help us attain our vision for the future. Finding this app, I honestly feel like the last best tool I needed to round out my spiritual practice and really move toward fulfilling my destiny for this life has fallen into place.
